About the event

The session breaks optimization into a simple, repeatable process that beginners can follow: observe symptoms, interpret KPIs, apply an action, and validate results.

KPI interpretation focuses on recognizing what a KPI is “suggesting” coverage limitation, interference symptoms, congestion, or mobility problems without needing advanced tools.

Typical optimization actions are explained in beginner-friendly terms: why parameter changes happen, how mobility settings and neighbor relations affect handovers, and how configuration changes are validated.

The session also covers how optimization teams prioritize work: customer complaints, high-impact areas, hotspot behavior, poor KPI clusters, and post-upgrade tuning.

The key learning outcome is a practical mindset: knowing what to look at first, how to explain an issue based on evidence, and how to describe improvements in a way that’s clear to engineers, managers, and stakeholders.
