Cancellation Policy

1. Coverage This policy applies to customized services, including workshops, Corporate Training, Consultations, Design Reviews, and Advisory Retainer Services. 2. Requesting a Quote Submit your request through our Request a Quote form or email. Include key details: service type, topic or scope, number of participants, and preferred schedule. A quotation will be sent within 3–5 business days after we receive all details. 3. Quotation Validity Quotations are valid for 30 days. Changes in schedule, scope, or participant count may require an updated quote. 4. Booking Confirmation Bookings are confirmed once you accept the quotation and send a signed approval or purchase order. A 50% down payment is required to secure the schedule. 5. Payment Terms The remaining balance is due within 7 days after service completion unless otherwise stated. Payments may be made via bank transfer or GCash. 6. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancel or reschedule at least 10 business days before the session to avoid charges. Late cancellations may incur a 25% fee.
